Lilian Gitau

I have experience in Client Support that I acquired from working in a call center. My main duty was receiving calls from clients and answering their queries. My main duty was guiding the users on the process of updating the terminal of their devices and guide those who had looping issues with their devices. The call center experience gave me an opportunity to work with people from different areas and serve customers from US and Canada. I also worked in a different campaign where my duty was to connect customers to their uber drivers and check their schedule in case they change location or are not able to make it for the ride.My duty involved checking the schedule and advising the clients appropriately.

I am also a trained Statistician. I have a 3 years experience in statistics. I was mainly involved in data collection and analysis. My specialty involved calculating the consumer price index for the national statistics.

I am passionate about helping people and providing solutions. I am also very flexible and hardworking and I can work any time and in any day of the week.
