I am a Chartered Accountant with more than 5 years of professional experience in audit, internal controls, financial reporting, and strategic finance. Over the course of my career, I have worked with companies across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, e-commerce, and hospitality, building a strong foundation in both technical accounting and business process improvement.

I began my career with Guru & Jana (2018 – 2021), completing my articleship in the Audit and Assurance division. During this period, I gained hands-on experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence assignments. I worked with clients ranging from startups to established mid-sized businesses, including those with turnovers of INR 200 Cr+. My responsibilities included designing internal financial controls, conducting walkthroughs, preparing statutory audit documentation, and carrying out process reviews. I also performed due diligence for non-profit organizations, strengthening my ability to assess controls and compliance in diverse environments.

Following this, I joined Katariya Kiran & Associates (outsourced to Aster DM Healthcare) (Jan 2022 – Aug 2023) as Assistant Manager – Internal Controls. In this role, I led assignments related to Oracle ERP migration and integration, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data. I designed and implemented internal controls to support system migration, coordinated with various stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies, and developed monitoring frameworks to enhance compliance and efficiency. These projects provided me with deep exposure to ERP systems, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Alongside these roles, I have supported senior management teams by preparing financial analysis, assisting in decision-making on new business opportunities, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs). I have also been actively involved in internal audit reviews, compliance checks, and policy documentation to strengthen governance and accountability within organizations.
