Liezel Tennyson

I am a highly driven, motivated, hardworking and optimistic individual who has been in the workforce for a total of 13 years. I’ve been a consistent awardee of various performance and attendance awards all throughout my working career. At work, my colleagues would always call me a dasher, as I quickly complete the tasks expected of me very quickly, with accuracy. I am never satisfied with routinary ways and would always strive for continuous self-improvement and constantly looking for better ways to get things done. 

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce- Management Accounting. My core backgrounds are in US Payroll Processing, US Banking and Customer Relationship Management. 

My most recent work experience was with JPMorgan Chase & Co for 2 years and 11 months where I was part of a big team that managed calls from bankers and branch managers all across United States. That job made me very well versed with different banking terminologies, laws, documents and processes. I mastered skills like scavenger hunting for answers in various resources at a very limited time, multitasking, and I became proficient in reading and interpreting different US legal documents especially Trusts and Last Will and Testament. 

Prior to that, I worked with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Inc. for 3 years and 2 months handling ADP’s biggest clients of around 10,000 to 100,000 employees under ADP National Accounts Division. I was a Senior Payroll Analyst and ultimately became the Consultant for specific clients. I gathered all clients’ requests and entered those in different software and databases. I ran testings to verify the calculations and setup were accurate. Then I make sure that all adjustments were entered, and everything was ready during payroll processing date. Aside from this payroll experience, I was also a Payroll and Accounting Officer of Aderans Philippines Inc, for 2 and half years where I processed biweekly and monthly Philippine payrolls for 800 employees.
