I am a registered industrial and organisational psychologist practicing within national and international organisations. I have extensive experience in the mining sector in particular. I apply my knowledge and experience in the field of capacity development, specialising in learning programme design and management, and leadership development.
I have over 17 years' experience working as a consulting IOP to public and private sector organisations in the mining, healthcare and financial sectors on organisational structure, human resources development, staffing requirements, job profiling, and recruitment and best practices. With specific interest in leadership coaching and mentoring, and through membership with COMENSA, I do executive and leadership coaching at various levels in private practice throughout South Africa. I also have a special interest in well-being in the female leadership space.
My passion is to facilitate adaptive leadership and organisational culture in a dynamic, uncertain and complex world and aims to guide clients through transformational change to develop new perspectives and gain insight into the deeper, most hidden mechanisms of change and transformation.
My practice mainly draws from: Transformational Leadership; Jungian Cognitive Functions; Immunity-to-Change; Constructive Development Theory; Emotional Intelligence Theory; Positive psychology
