Libra Jean M. Gazo

I'm Libra Jean M. Gazo, 27 years of age. Married and blessed with two kids. I am a degree holder of Bachelor in Elementary Education. My background includes serving as a customer service representative in a call-center, an online English Teacher, Lead Generator and Appointment Setter . Recently, I worked as a Virtual Assistant in a Real Estate company. I am calling those clients who wanted to avail our rent to own houses. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 30-50 calls per day.
