For my educational background, I took a Bachelor of Arts in English, Major in Language at the University of Southeastern Philippines.

Fast forward to my working experiences, I have been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years and would love to add more years in working in the same or related field to widen and share my expertise with the company.

I worked as an Order Processing Specialist in a seasonal account from Nov2020-Feb2021, Property Manager- Maintenance Operations Specialist in Real Estate for a year from Sept2019-Sept 2020. I also worked as an Email/Chat Support in a seasonal account from Mar-May2019. And Technical Support for 2 years and a half under ATT DTV account from July2016-Dec2018.

My communication skills, being ambitious, and punctual are my strengths. 

I think extending my hand too much to people who ask for my help, being too honest, and a little impatient are my weaknesses.
