During my time as an Administrative Assistant at Police Station, I was able to learn many administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and archiving documents. My role was to ensure that all documents were properly filed and organized according to departments and specific topics.

I was also responsible for handling many incoming and outgoing mail items. I needed to ensure that all incoming materials were collated by each department and then placed in specific mail rooms.

I enjoyed my time in this position because it allowed me to develop my attention to detail documents correspondence are important to the company, having a clean and organized filing system was vital to our success
