My past experiences were:

-Almost 5 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant in the Real estate business. Part of my job was to do Cold Calling, Cold Texting, Checking comps, Skiptracing, Ad Posting using Craigslist and Facebook, Photo editing using Canva, Managing Calendar for appointments, Follow-up calls for Warm leads, Lead search using Propstream/Batch leads/Zillow, Email Management (includes sending/responding to the email to possible lead) and Data Analysis.

-2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative

-3 years experience as a Sales Specialist: Cold Caller, Text Marketing Campaign Manager, Appointment setter, Sales Closer, Publishing, and Marketing consultant.

I do have experience with the following applications/CRM:

-Flip Pilot, CallRail, BathLeads, BatchDialer, Sherpa, REI Reply, Zillow, MLS, Mojo (Importing and Exporting Leads), Craigslist (Ad Posting), and Teamviewer.

I understand that businesses nowadays doesn't only look for credentials, and trained and experienced assistant but a service that is delivered with quality that helps the company succeed. An output that helps businesses reach their target and retain customer satisfaction. Throughout my experiences, I've learned that impressing clients doesn't only applies as to how you talk to clients and market your service but also, but have to show them how you can help them succeed.

As a General Virtual Assistant, I am very much aware of how important it is to manage your time and always communicate with your client to maintain a good relationship and deliver the right service that they deserve. I learned this when I was working as a General Virtual Assistant in a real estate company.
