Executive Director at Birds View Consultancy. My roles are;
-providing guidance on offering quality valuable consultancy services to corporate clients.
-Providing line management and support to Client Relations Managers and Consultants;
-Leading process improvements within the Consulting & Client Relations team to ensure
operational efficiencies and high-quality delivery of projects;
-Consulting as the Lead Consultant on some client projects;
-Support the training and coaching of the Consulting team;

Principal at Zambia College of Pensions & Insurance Trust. My duties were
policy
formulation, implementation and evaluation, drafting short term, medium term and long term
business strategies for the college. Besides I was responsible for managing college operations,
providing direction and updating the college board of trustees on progress. My main duty was
planning, coordinating, guiding and exercising general superintendence over the academic and
administrative affairs of the campus within college policy in order to achieve maximum
efficiency in the running of the academic, professional consultancy business and research
programmes of the college.
Our institution had MOU with Copperbelt University to run undergraduate and
postgraduate degree programmes to masters degree level. I provided superintendence
and guidance over these programrmes.

Company. The following were my duties;
-engaging government ministries for life insurance business
-arranging meetings with potential customers

Part time New Business Consultant for Diamond General Insurance Ltd. This
entails meeting clients from all walks of life to propose general insurances of their
property.

Principal at Digitech School of computers and technology in conjunction with
University of Zambia, in Lusaka, we managed courses under adult Education and
Extension Studies. The following were my duties;
-Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, I worked closely with the CEO to
establish a strong achievement centered culture; coaching all lecturers to excellence
using data to inform decisions; ensure the functionality of systems that support
student achievement and design targeted individual and group professional
development for lecturers.
-To create and monitor a comprehensive professional development plan for all
teachers that includes orientation and mentoring of new teachers
-To ensure compliance with legal requirements of government regulations and agencies.
