My previous role was the Patient Travel Clerk Supervisor within the Patient Flow Unit of Alice Springs Hospital. I supervised a team of four people to ensure travel is booked for all patients travelling intra-territory and interstate. I was responsible for ensuring all accounts are paid and providing a high level of customer service. I sat on various committees representing Patient Travel including the NT PATS advisory group, AMSANT PATS advisory committee and the NT PATS Stakeholders and Hostel Maternity committee. These consultations groups help improve the efficiency and communication of various cohorts.
