I strongly believe that I will change the world we live in for the better, one small

I was transferred from the RC Online department, to the RC National Office due to
good performance and was the first campus-based HRO to be centralized to the

My duties include the previously mentioned duties, as well as the below:
Overseeing recruitment on a larger scale by working with the National office, Rosebank
College Online and various other sites.
Recruiting for various positions in the various departments of the organization.
Supporting the site-based recruiters at various campuses in their recruitment projects.

Sourcing of candidates to fill vacancies within our organization nationally and
