Leticia Oliveira

My name is Leticia Oliveira, I am 25 years old. I worked for 5 years as Customer Support, scheduling reservations and assisting with any doubts regarding hotels in Accord Hotels line for Brazilian customers at national and international level in a project managed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

I helped a small company that sells online courses called Técnicas de Invasão, managing digital platforms, answering customer question through Facebook, Zendesk, HotMart and Blog.

Internationally, I started to work as a Marketing Agent selling English courses in Ireland to Brazilian clients. This project went on for 2 years and finally I am working as an Administrative Assistant at the same English school where I worked in the Marketing area.

I started a Youtube channel at the end of 2017 where I edit all the posted content and I am managing my Instagram page.

I am using the Filmora Wondershare platform (recent version) and I have knowledge of image editing through GIMP platform. I am currently focusing on expanding knowledge in the area of content and video editing and taking courses for Adobe package (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator).

I am focusing in a new project of life and I would like to start a new career on the Online content editing area, I am willing to learn more and improve my editing knowledge in order to take advantage of everything on the market to provide the best editing possible.

My Youtube channel can be used as a Portfolio to get to know my work in editing and Instagram can complement Youtube because I make specific editions for each of the platforms (fast and dynamic videos on Instagram and detailed on Youtube).
