I am a Psychologist, graduated from PUC Minas (CRP-04/82438), with academic and professional experience in psychological assessment, competency-based interviews, and guidance for recruitment processes. My career has been built with a strong ethical foundation and a strategic approach, combining psychology with the practical demands of Human Resources. I am particularly interested in Recruitment and Selection, where I apply structured methodologies and competency-based frameworks to support effective decision-making and ensure alignment between candidates, roles, and organizational culture.

Since June 2025, I have been working daily as an HR Consultant specialized in Career Transition and Professional Outplacement, supporting individuals in their journey to stand out in the job market. During this period, I have reviewed, analyzed, and reformulated more than 100 résumés, tailoring them to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and enhancing personal branding strategies.
