Leslie Misajon

I am Leslie Misajon. I am a registered nurse by profession but ventured into a different path after I passed my licensure exam. I took up Virtual Assistance Courses in FVA online academy and since then I have fallen in love with the beauty of working as a freelance VA.

In my first job as an Operation Manager for a food chain where I got to refine my skills first hand in Customer Relations. I manage the overall operations of the store and I learned to run it smoothly. This is where I sharpen my critical thinking, detail-oriented, and disciplined attitude. My second job as a freelance virtual assistant for a wellness coach. My task includes Customer Support and Social Media Planning. I handle daily support tickets, resolve client issues, process orders, replies to dm's and emails, process payments, weekly content planning and creations, and other ad hoc tasks. Up until now, I am still with my first client because I value her trust and confidence in working with me.

I am flexible. I always cater to my client's needs. I love learning new ideas and be trained so that I can be well-rounded. I am disciplined, responsible, honest, loyal, and independent. I am comfortable working alone because I want to focus and be productive but I don't mind working with a team. As the saying goes, two minds are better than one and I like meeting other people and connect with them.
