I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. And I also have 8years of work experience in total. Both in a call center and Home based jobs. I had a privilege of working as a Insurance Verifier and Pre-Authorization  Representative for a DME company, Lead Generation  Specialist for a Health Insurance Company for 2 years, Virtual Assistant for a largest online retailer, an ESL Teacher 
for Chinese Students for 1 yr and a half , I also worked as an Account Associate for a Phone Internet and Cable provider in the US for 2 years, Consumer Sales Representative for a Cable Provider in the US as well for 1 yr and a half ,Customer Service Representative for a TELCO account for 1yr.. 

Experiences where I learned valuable professional skills such as conflict resolution, order processing, and sales administration. I was given awards and acknowledgements and here are some of those. Best Agent of the Month (This is for getting most number sales for the month) , Best in VOC/CRIFT or this is the Customer Surveys for providing excellent customer service. And most of all, The Top agent of the year.I couldn’t have done this without such a supportive Boss and team.My team really stepped it up to make this happen
