I am a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Psychology and is almost finished with my masters in Industrial Psychology. I have worked with the BPO industry for a decade when years are combined with my employers. I have handled customer service, sales and technical support for both inbound and outbound campaigns for US and Australia based clients. I was once a bilingual representative, catering to English and Spanish speaking customers for an Infomercial account. Some of the biggest accounts I handled was Dell Computers, Sprint and Energy Australia.
I have gained good interpersonal skills and mastered my soft skills with the exposure I gained working with difference accounts, different types of customers ( B2C and B2B) and being part of diverse companies. I am professional, results-oriented, ambitious and driven, people-person, polite, trainable and more important has the integrity in everything that i do. I am always eager to learn and discover new things and is open to develop my skills and myself for the better.
