I’m Lesley, a Psychology graduate and registered Psychometrician with a strong background in Human Resources and Administrative Support. My career journey reflects my passion for people, purpose-driven work, and continuous growth — qualities that guide both my professional and personal life.

I began my career in the private sector, where I worked as an HR Staff for nearly three years. During that time, I gained hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, benefits processing, and coordination of engagement activities. This role taught me the importance of organization, confidentiality, and clear communication — all essential in handling diverse administrative and support functions.

Currently, I’m working as a Psychometrician in the public sector (DSWD), where I provide administrative, assessment, and client support services. I’ve also attended several upskilling and capacity-building trainings focused on client handling, communication, and psychosocial support. As part of my advocacy for mental health and workplace wellness, I serve as a mental health focal person, promoting emotional resilience and well-being among staff and clients.

My professional experiences across both sectors have helped me build a well-rounded skill set in organization, data management, documentation, and people relations. These same skills now fuel my growing career in Virtual Assistance, where I offer support in:
