I am extremely proficient in Microsoft Office programs and I have Microsoft Office Specialist Certificates to prove that. I am very organized and schedule driven. I am also knowledgeable in a lot of IT related jobs such as web design, troubleshooting, e-mail marketing, research creation, social media and content management and I am still trying to widen my horizon. I have also been working as an English tutor with Japanese students for the past years, so I can ensure you that I can communicate well using the language.
