Real estate  Acquisition specialist, I was responsible follow up on all potential leads in a timely manner and asked for all details about their property, negotiating the price with the seller, running comparables, and do a computation for the property repairs and rehab. I was responsible for locking up more deals and turning them into sales. I also manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process. preparing contracts throughout the selling and buying process. I was responsible for completing escrow paperwork, scheduling repairs and inspections, and making sure offers and counteroffers are approved. I coordinated with all parties involved, including buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies. I was also responsible for ensuring that all transactions were completed in a timely and accurate manner.

I also have experience in Listing the property in social medial platforms like Facebook, craigslist and  MLS, I have a little background in editing photos and videos to make them appealing to the buyer.

The tools I usually use are PODIO, Propstream, MLS, Zillow, REIShift, Batchleads, Mojo dialler, Zencall, and DocuSign.

 I have a strong understanding of the real estate Acquisition process and the importance of timely communication between all parties involved. I am proactive and take the initiative to resolve any issues that may arise. I am also detail-oriented and have a solid commitment to accuracy.
