Bio
As a graphic and web designer, I have been working for the last 10 years in different media.
Since I got my diploma, I started a Magazine, then work for a few months in advertising
and printing, then when I was able to move from my mom's house, I founded a small
studio called bop agency with a friend of mine, I worked there from 2005 to 2009.
I was the Art director and Administrative Manager, and my friend was the Sales Manager. We did a lot of gigs in those years, from flashy websites to advertising and UX
planning. We had a couple of employees that we were responsible for. At the end I
found my self at the top of the chain and I felt the necessity of spread my wings and
work with new people.
I left the studio to my friend and moved to another city to work for a mayor inssurance
company. They had a pretty big team all around the world and I was so happy to work
with different technologies and learning new methods of doing things. I still work there
as a senior web designer. I do plenty of stuff related, from UX planning to HTML and
CSS (wireframes, themes for liferay - a java based crm, photoshop mockups, etc.).
Right now we are working with Salesforce, so I learned how to admin saleforce orgs
and basic development in order to produce rich interfaces. I am the UX responsable for
every project development, working close with management and development teams in
USA and oversea.
I do freelance stuff as a hobby and to keep up with other technologies like responsive
design, bootstrap, foundation, angular and react (which I am starting to learn), some of
that work is in the recent work section.
On a more personal note
I am a proud father of a 2 years old little girl. We learn togheter every day. With her
mom, we live in a city called Córdoba in Argentina. I did some writing in the pass, I have
a book that has been published: Escamas Adentro. Here is the link if you want to give it
a try (it is in spanish though) I try to keep writing now and then, but the good stuff is in
the book, it seems :)
