Leonard Panimdim

I just turned 39 last December 2019, Married, with one daughter, I am musically inclined, I was 15 when I started learning guitar and other instruments joined bands, the longest band I had was the Church Band, stayed with them for more than 20 years. I am a fast learner and a dedicated person, a little more like a perfectionist when it comes to what I do.

From 2014 to 2018, I was a Billing System and Provisioning Administrator for 4 years with Fil Products. a local Cable Company in the Philippines, Handling 8 Branches nationwide. I was in charge of the Subscriber Accounts, including billing adjustments and generation of monthly statements, and so as activation and deactivation of subscriptions, and act as a point of contact between the company and the developers if ever system fails. Due to a medical condition, I decided to quit the job and decided to try a career change in Home based jobs.

January of 2019, I was hired as a VA for a Property Management Company based in the U.S. and worked with them for more or less 3 months. I was working with the Rental Applicants, doing screenings, background check, rental history, which involves calling previous landlords, check if they have complete requirements, do underwriting, and once all of that is completed, I forward them to the leasing agent for approval. Then after a few months, the Leasing agent hired me personally as her VA for her brokerage and did almost the same tasks since she still asked me to work with the rental applicants, and added a few like adding listings in MLS, Docusign and Email Management. Since then I am in a job hunt.
