Property Analyst/EA
I was hired as a virtual assistant that aided in the acquisition of
homes, getting comps for what we were trying to buy and
analyzing the market value of the property and its after
renovation value. I was also in charge of certain calendars and
followed up on leads and sellers via chat, call and emails. I also
updated our CRM and database with any changes in information
from the leads and certain processes.

I was a remote employee that would cater to the needs of
teachers and students that encountered issues during their use
of the program and the company's services. I would receive calls
from both teachers and students and aid them or point them
towards the right directions for their problems to be fixed. I also
did chat support while I was here as well as email support.
Eventually I was promoted to L2 and I handled more difficult
concerns and special requests, after a few years I then was
promoted as the first QA of this department.
