doesn't know he is calling. He is concerned with her age and ability to care for herself, and while
he is trying to prod her into the idea of selling, hasn't convinced her just yet. He just knows that he's
next in line to handle all this and wants to start a discussion.
House is 3/1, and is located near the University of the South. Isaiah seems to think that the
University owns the land the house is on, but tax record says otherwise. He said the house is in
great shape, they are doing some work on the roof soon, but beyond that it is great.
I suspect it needs major updates.
He doesn't have an asking, he really just wants a number he can take back to momma.
