1.0 PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
This is to outline the PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN and responsibility to perform the Asset Integrity
Management and provide all the required services and produce all the required documents for
the Haliba Field Development Project to meet project requirement until closeout with Company.
AL DHAFRA PETROLEUM OPERATIONS COMPANY
EPC WORK FOR HALIBA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
SUB CONTRACY FOR ASSET INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT
(ENQ. # EC.544/6269)
The full field development plan of Haliba is based on 41 oil producer wells. In addition, 39 water
injection wells, 3 water supply wells and 1 water disposal well will be drilled and used for the
water injection system to maintain the reservoir pressure and the production. The different WI
and OP wells are gathered in 7 well groups distributed across the field.
The production of each well is then connected through flow lines to the central gathering facilities
(CGF). Individual flow line is connected to a multi-port selector manifold which allows the
performance measurement of each well through multi-flow meter once per month.
Then, the production of the well are gathered at CGF for export (65km pipeline) through multiphase pump to ASAB CDS where metering of production of Haliba field is done before transfer for
further processing by ADCO ASAB CDS facilities.
Additional production from Buqalla, Riqueah, L1G which are other fields located in the Area-1 will
be considered to be handled by Haliba surface facilities if found matching with current reservoir
fluid characteristics of Haliba. But the future tie-in opportunity of these fields shall be taken into
account in the detailed design of the CGF while the design capacity of CGF will remain unchanged.
The additional capacity of these fields will be considered for plateau sustenance only.
