A cost of AED200 for permit application and AED50 for
each speaker/traininer will be applied to obtain the
approval.

As per TCA Abu Dhabi, all exhibitions, conference and
meetings in Abu Dhabi require a permit issued by the
Tourism and culture authority. Upon signing this
agreement, the hotel will apply for the
meeting/training/event permit with TCA Abu Dhabi and
thereupon the hotel will advise the organizer about the
necessary documentation and/or applicable costs
involved.
For each application with Speaker, a fee of AED 200 is
required and for each speaker a fee of AED 50 will be
taken approval. For rejected speakers, there will be no
fees applicable. In case if the organizer is a government
entities fees will be waived, official letter should be
attached with application for approval.
Difference between internal speakers and external
speakers
*Speakers: The person who will speak, present a topic
or provide a training course
- Internal Speakers: Speakers and all attendees are from
the same company or organization for the meeting,
workshop and training
- External Speakers: Speakers who will speak, present or
provide a training course for audience are from a
different company or the speech/training is given to a
members of the public
