Hi, I was a third year college undergraduate at Holy Trinity College and I took up Bachelor of Secondary major in English. I am a tech and microsoft excel,word and powerpoint savvy. I was a former Technical support representative and also a Customer service representative. I like critical thinking and problem solving specially when talking to customer and resolved their issues.Way back when I was studying, I received awards specially the most punctual student.
