Lelanie Grace Ann C. Gingane

Hi! Lelanie GA C. Gingane. I am a Philosophy graduate at Mindanao State University and currently a teacher of some Social Science subjects here in the Department of Education, Butuan City, Philippines and who's looking for other ways to earn.

After college, I started working at Sutherland Global services where I was assigned to a Sales account as a Customer Service Representative wherein I did call, chat, and e-mail support. The account supports CA and UK clientele. Though my call center agent experience lasted only for four months, I learned the basics in handling the customers' concerns as politely and professionally as I could. We were trained to know basic technical stuffs, product knowledge, the tools in administering orders, cancellation, and refund and mostly how to present ourselves to the influx of customers.

After the BPO industry, I embark the world of teaching where I was and still exposed to the learners’ diversity. I became an instructor for three years in the tertiary institution where my patience and perseverance was tested. It’s not only mentoring the students but also making sure that the pile of paper works were done before or on the deadline.

While as a Customer Service Rep and a teacher, I handle both as a challenge and a learning experience so that I may execute any future tasks. Work experiences helped me through the depth of what I can and will do.
Thus, I believe that my skill(s) would indeed be a match for what you're looking for. Admittedly, I am not as seasoned as some but I am certain that I'll get there with enough polish through hard work and willingness to be guided and trained.
