I had 8 years experience in Customer Service in the BPO Industry and was agent, Product Trainer and later promoted as Team Leader for an American Health Insurance Company and a big US Retail Store. I found expertise in making the Customer happy and satisfied through the Service provided to them. I also have 2 years experience calling Outbound for a US Credit card company and work remote as Lead Generation for another US Health Insurance. I am very persistent, hard working and Results-oriented. I like to re-invent myself, learn new things and make myself an asset of the company I'm with.
