Career Objectives
As a professional coach, manager and facilitator, I am constantly working towards aiding people in
empowering themselves to achieve their goals and develop lives filled with authenticity and purpose. I am
passionate about adult education, learning & facilitation as a process by which to improve engagement,
productivity and contribution though developing a practical set of skills and tools, building strong
accountability and assisting individuals and teams to work towards the full level of their personal and
professional potential.
I am looking to challenge myself professionally and add to my coaching, training and facilitation skills and
experience in a company that supports growth and development, and is forward-thinking and values
education, training and knowledge development in its team. I have a wide skill set, as well as being able to
move into new areas with a growth mindset. I believe that I bring a high level of commitment and integrity
to my professional endeavours, and am looking to be part of a team that is forward-focused and solutionsorientated in their industry. I am a self-starter with high levels of professional initiative who can work
independently with minimal supervision, and am interested in management and leadership opportunities
within an organisation.
