I’m a Project Manager and Operations Specialist with a background that spans SaaS, supply chain, implementation management, and business process improvement across the GCC. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for being the person who can step into chaos, bring structure, and drive a project from idea to execution smoothly and efficiently.

I’ve led end-to-end implementations, managed cross-functional teams, handled complex workflows, and supported organizations through process transformation. I’ve built onboarding frameworks, optimized CRM hygiene, created standardized processes for cross-team collaboration, and improved documentation flows to make life easier for both internal teams and clients. I bring strong experience with tools like HubSpot, Freshdesk, Trello, Smartsheet, and other project management and CRM platforms. I’m also very comfortable working with data — tracking progress, building dashboards, analyzing performance issues, and turning numbers into clear actions. Being bilingual in English and Arabic has also helped me bridge communication gaps between teams and clients across regions.

My approach is very structured, but also people-focused. I believe that great operations only work when everyone understands the “why” behind processes, so I spend time communicating clearly, training teams when needed, and ensuring adoption. I’m adaptable, independent, and comfortable working remotely — I know how to manage my time, keep everything organized, and stay ahead of deadlines without needing constant oversight.
