Leahi Lani Salangad

I graduated from University of Baguio, Philippines, 1997. I am a Bachelor degree holder in Physical Therapy.
I never practiced my profession but started working as Marketing Executive in Werdenberg International Corporation. The company deals with food, beverages, spices, herbs, cheeses, cold cuts & Wines. It supplies 5-Star Hotels, Restaurants and Food Chains. I worked for two years in this company.
In 1999, I was hired in Sum Pharmaceutical as Medical Representative for three years. This company provides customer satisfaction and services to Pharmacies, Health Centers and hospital within the Regions.
These five years of experience in Sales, Customer Relations, Services and Marketing strategies molded me to be excellent in my chosen field and opted to open my own Pharmacy in 2003 which is Medguard Drug, located in Villamor Air Base, Pasay City & Medway Drug at Bonifacio Ave., Mandaluyong City.
I am an innovative & career oriented individual that in 2005, I applied a job in a Contact Center which was Cyber City Teleservices. The company catered clients from United States. I dealt with sales & customer service calls for a year and was promoted as Productivity Analyst for four years.It was a challenging job for me and the same time it enhanced my computer literacy, communication skills and customer service skills.
February 2010, I had a job in a bank in Dubai, UAE for five years in Portfolio Management Unit as Customer Service & Sales Officer. I handled different banks' campaigns such as Credit Card loans, Auto Insurance, Credit Card Insurance, Personal Loans, Applications for Credit Cards & Balance Transfer Transactions.
December 2015, I initially worked online as English Tutor to help students to improve their communication skills in English Language, home based.
