I have worked in an office environment for 10 years. Function includes, writing feedback for court cases purposes. I do Photoshop layout for events (Invitation Cards, Business Cards, Tarpaulin layouts for events, etc) . I do email management . I excel on Microsoft Office documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publishing, etc). Converting PDF files to Word files. I am currently working on a BPO company as a Technical Support Representative (for a Telecommunication Company). I have experienced also doing Customer Service (Billing) for a UK company.
