Hi, I am Leah. I started my career as a Freelancer last 2014. I was an Email Support for choxi.com (an online store in the US). After some time I was transferred to a different team and was part of the Escalations Team which handles Customers Complaints and Refund.I also worked as an Email Support for eBay under a merchant based in Germany. I also have the experience when it comes to Communications and Customer Service since I was an English Communications Trainer before in a BPO Company.
