My most recent work experience as Lead Qualification Analyst for Google account is a new and fresh skill that I've learned. I've been in the field for almost 2 years. I was part of the pioneer team who started the campaign for my previous company. I was responsible for the pre-qualification of leads before passing them along to the Sales Team. I was also responsible in collecting the necessary information to qualify whether a prospect could truly benefit from our product and services.

Majority of my working experience was being a Customer Service Representative, with Sales and Technical Support rolled into one. I thank my previous organizations for all of the skills I learned and acquired from them. 

Developing a good rapport and regular communication is important to me. It ensures the project is completed to the specific guidelines required.
