I have been working as a Banquet Coordinator in a 5-star hotel in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu for almost 4 years now.
Part of my job is to market the facilities and banquet halls of the hotel. I also conduct ocular visits, client meetings, telemarketing, sending quotations, revenue forecasts and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
As of the moment, I am working as a customer service representative to an Australian company since our Hotel has been closed already. The company is a third party warranty group for different appliances brands in both Australia and New Zealand.
