I’m a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant residing in Trinidad and Tobago. With over five years of experience as a freelance virtual assistant and more than eight years in various administrative roles, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table.

Currently, I am employed at Griffin Moor International as an Executive Assistant, where I have been for the past eight months. In this role, I manage client and internal communications, financial documents, and ensure the timely receipt of all necessary paperwork. I also schedule executive meetings, plan travel, and prepare detailed reports, demonstrating my ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Prior to this, I served as the Clinic Manager at MedM Weight Loss, now Matus Medical, for just over a year. There, I managed daily operations, scheduled appointments, conducted patient wellness checks, and coordinated email marketing campaigns. This role refined my organizational skills and my ability to manage complex tasks with precision.

Before my time at MedM, I worked as a freelance virtual assistant for four years. I managed multiple eCommerce stores for Premium Premier Corp across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify. Additionally, I served as a Social Media Marketing Manager for Planet Handpan, developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

My administrative journey took off in roles focused on billing, receivables, and payroll at Pro Pump Ltd, where I ensured the timely and accurate management of financial documents. These experiences laid a strong foundation in financial management and operational efficiency.

I believe in clear communication, proactiveness, and collaboration as the keys to success. I’m continuously learning and am currently pursuing the CAPM certification with PMI to enhance my project management skills. Additionally, I am certified in bookkeeping and taxation, which complements my administrative expertise.
