I am Laine, a freelancer with more than 7 years of experience as a VA/Customer Support Representative. My role is to make sure YOU, my client, will receive the support you need to help you run your company as smoothly as possible. I am an all around assistant that (always) has a positive "can-do" attitude.

My specialty is on customer service, sales, e-commerce and real estate.
