HI! I'm Chrizel Lazo, a former nursing student, possesses essential skills that can be applied to any work environment. These include effective communication, strong organizational and time management skills, critical thinking and problem-solving, adaptability, and empathy. Nursing taught me to speak clearly, listen actively, and show empathy, which applies to the workplace. I also learned to make sound decisions and respond calmly to unexpected events, which is valuable in any job requiring quick responses. Adaptability was also developed through working in different departments and with diverse people. Lastly, I developed a strong sense of empathy and patience, which are crucial in customer service and team dynamics.
