I am Layali B. Plaza, 37 years old, I lived in Davao City Philippines. I am working before as a Technical Support representative for more than 3 years under AT&T Directv. Being on that company I learned lot of things handling the costumer and rendering them the help that they may able to achieve upon resolving the problem from their end to my end.
