Lawrence Rosales

Lawrence is a registered nurse and graduated at Martinez Memorial Colleges.

His recent exposure as a pre-qualifications representative for a DME provider in the United States became his foundation in applying as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant. His task is to qualify equipment that starts from reviewing related documents required by an insurance (prescription, clinical notes, patient demographics, and requesting prior authorization). He contacts stakeholders(physician's office, insurance, and patient) to ensure the completion of documents and discuss the status of a referral. A very critical part of this job is to ensure the accuracy of the information being keyed into the company's system to avoid repetition of the process.

Other related experience that he had was being an Appointment Coordinator is a Premium Audit Department for a company that provides Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies. Overall, he had been in the BPO industry for 10 years. One of his highlights as a BPO employee was being a Communication and Culture Trainer and Product Trainer for a financial program and managed to stay in the same company for five and a half years.

His work experiences taught him to be punctual as much as possible. A hard-working employee that always ensures his goals are being met towards his success. He has high hopes of creating an excellent quality service with you and your patients as a healthcare virtual assistant.
