Lawrence Elango

I have 4+ years in full stack development. My career has had a mix of both frontend and backend fortunately and I have been blessed to deliver about 5 web applications to the client which are in use and some perform registrations of over 4000users. I implement API's creatively to suit the end users needs, even when I am not given wireframes. I seek to understand first the problem and really put myself in the shoes of the users at the very least. I maintain code progressively and always consult with the team to ensure we are using proper coding practices. I do well to speak during standup meetings and ask questions when in doubt. I try to throw a joke or two when there is much tension to make everyone lighter and more focused on deliveries. I am proactive and I take responsibility when wrong. I'm passionate about tech and find it wonderful to create something people actually use. I'm good with presentations and pitches, especially when the solutions will make life easy for mankind.
