Lawrence Bau Cocjin

I’m Lawrence Cocjin, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Operations Management, from STI College San Fernando. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve developed a strong foundation in business principles, as well as practical skills that will help me succeed in the professional world. My education gave me valuable insights into business management, and I’ve learned how to apply these concepts effectively in real-world situations.

From the start, I’ve been passionate about optimizing business operations. My degree allowed me to explore areas like supply chain management, process improvement, and resource allocation—topics that gave me a deeper understanding of how businesses operate and how to make them more efficient. I’m always looking for ways to streamline processes and boost productivity, and that focus is something I carry with me in everything I do.

On top of the technical skills I’ve gained, I’ve also worked hard to develop my soft skills, which I know are just as important in the business world. Time management and organization have been crucial in balancing my studies, extracurricular activities, and part-time work. I’ve learned how to stay focused under pressure and prioritize tasks, which has helped me remain effective even when juggling multiple responsibilities.

One area I’m especially proud of is my problem-solving ability. Through academic projects, case studies, and group work, I’ve become comfortable tackling complex issues, whether it’s addressing bottlenecks in a supply chain or finding ways to improve team collaboration.
