I have more than 5 years of experience working in the BPO industry. I have handled different types of account from sales (Hotwire, Jetstar, and AT&T) to customer service (Jetstar, and AT&T) as well as technical support (Telus, Intuit Turbotax and Mitel, ). 

My goal is to make sure that your customers are satisfied whenever they contact your business for concerns like inquiries, refund, order processing, or sales. Customer satisfaction is my utmost priority. 

Working in a BPO industry taught me a lot of skills and experience which is a great factor that honed my knowledge and abilities. Learning new things always excites me because it adds up to my experience which is a great factor for finding what my true passion is.
