Laurina Ezike

Hi, I am Laurina, a project manager who has transitioned from a background in education, volunteering with NGOs, mentoring and coaching. 

I bring with me close to a decade of experience in leadership, people management, planning and scheduling of resource and activities, providing support to teams, facilitating and presenting ideas, helping people and organisations achieve thier set goals and deadlines.

In my most recent role as the project manager on a global privacy program. The project mandate was to conduct a legal analysis of the GDPR and provide a strategy for implementing compliant data handling practices for the company.

As the project manager I led a team of 5 professionals in conducting the legal analysis of the GDPR. I alongside the team developed the project plan on Monday.com, budget and resource sheet on Excel which I continued to update and monitor. I created, monitored and updated the RAIDs log, lessons log, backlog items on Jira, and project documentation in the repositories on Google drive and Basecamp. 

I assigned tasks and followed up with the team using Basecamp and Jira as well as Monday.com. I also delivered status report of the project to the stakeholders in a weekly delivery meeting, write and send meeting minutes to stakeholders, chase up action owners and implement decisions.

I am the go to person for your project mangement and cordination. Knowledgeable of all documents used in Project Management, from initiation, planning up to closure.
