meeting, including creating of agenda, circulation of change
requests to be considered, and inviting of participants
Has the ability to review all planned changes
Obtains authorization for submitted change requests from
the Change Authority.

change addressed a real or a perceived exception condition

The main task as an SPMS (Software Problem Management Solutions)
Admin is to distribute software packages and updates to end user's
computers. A more detailed overview of my daily tasks include the
following:
! Performing Software distribution tasks (starting distributions, reporting
distributions, troubleshooting failed endpoints etc...)
