I have worked in the BPO/Call Center industry for 4 years doing phone and chat support. I've worked as a web researcher / Team Lead for a company called Appboy Inc. Also worked as a chat support specialist and technical support specialist for One Click Root for 4 years. The chat tool we used was Zompin and Livechat. I know the basics, do's and dont's of customer service. I'm very passionate when it comes to work and make sure everything is done right and on a time. I am up for new challenges and still looking to learn more. I can work under pressure, I keep myself calm and focus on multitasking while being patient.
