nutrient analyses for all meals, information resources for parents and catering staff and
food safety and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines. Liaised with
catering staff and parents to ensure appropriateness and feasibility of recipes and
conducted a taste-testing session with the dietetic department staff to gain feedback.
