About

I’m a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with over six years of experience working with U.S.-based companies across various industries, including customer service, banking, human resources, finance, and law. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in administration, coordination, documentation, and communication, all of which have allowed me to successfully manage complex processes and support high-performing teams.

I began my career in customer service, where I learned the importance of clear communication, empathy, and efficiency when dealing with clients. Later, as a Banking Agent, I gained experience handling financial information, managing payments, and assisting customers with account inquiries and fraud prevention. These roles taught me how to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

After that, I transitioned into Human Resources, where I worked as a Coordinator managing recruitment processes for several U.S. clients. I was responsible for reviewing candidate profiles, tracking documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. This experience strengthened my organizational abilities and my understanding of how to manage large amounts of information while meeting deadlines.

I later moved into the financial field as a Coordinator, working closely with U.S. banks and financial institutions. I handled reports, verified documents, and ensured proper communication between lots and banks in the vehicle repossession process. This position helped me improve my analytical skills and attention to detail while working with confidential data.

Currently, I work in the legal field as a Legal Assistant and Declaration Writer, supporting attorneys with immigration cases. I review and edit legal documents, manage client communications, and prepare detailed personal declarations for immigration petitions. Working with sensitive information has taught me to approach every case with precision, discretion, and empathy.

I’m skilled in tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, and legal case management software, and I adapt quickly to new digital environments. I enjoy working in organized, fast-paced settings where I can contribute to structure and efficiency.

Originally from Bogotá, I’m now based in Cartagena, Colombia, where I enjoy reading, spending time at the beach, and exploring new restaurants. I’m passionate about continuous learning and motivated by opportunities that allow me to grow professionally while helping teams and clients achieve their goals.
