Laura Ruby is a highly accomplished, dynamic HR Professional with more than 25 years of success in the hospitality, manufacturing, engineering, professional services, and consulting industries. Laura is a valuable asset for startup to established companies seeking expert assistance in aligning HR & business solutions, building strong HR infrastructures, strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, coaching, training, driving change management, full-cycle recruitment, HRIS and program implementation, and compliance.

Prior to establishing LJR Consulting, she was Director of Human Resources for Plasticard Locktech Intl/Production Service Associates. As a key member of the executive team blending strategic HR and day-to-day operations for the manufacturing and loyalty program organization, she played a key role in facility mergers, restructuring and led strategic negotiations with contingent workforce agencies, thus allocating senior management efforts for mission-critical programs resulting in annual savings exceeding $250K.
