My main task was identify opportunities for process improvements in Accounts Payable and Treasury area for the both companies
that administer about 100 other institutions, as schools, hospitals, radios and more some business segments. I managed the
monthly payment for each institution by pre-paid card, where we could improve significantly the Treasury area process. In
addition, I created forms to request the cash office, which brought greater efficiency and agility to internal controls. I was
responsible for all day-to-day processes in Accounts Payable (including mapping to check the efficiency and efficacy in each one),
payment to suppliers, cash flow, analysis and validation the month-end closing process, create new reports to improve and
facilitate the operation, not just to for the Accounts Payable and to the Treasury area, but I also supervised the accounts receivable
sector in this process. I also coordinated the service to the institutions that we managed, always aiming at quality and excellence
in our help line and e-mail service. During this time, I had the opportunity to participate of the Audit process, which one was a
challenge, that my team and I had a successful experience.
